Your metabolism and energy levels remain high, allowing you to return to your normal life without experiencing the post-diet weight gain associated with traditional diet methods.

Surprisingly, it’s quite manageable, especially for men who seem less irritable than women when going without food for extended periods. Many men find it relatively easy to go 24 hours without eating, as they typically have enough activities to keep them occupied.
